Ameri-Pac, Inc. is comprised of three manufacturing divisions, Ameri-Pac, Ameri-Vet, and Ameri-Mills. Each occupies its own facility and each contributes its own unique products and services to provide customer satisfaction. All facilities are free of any Specific Risk Materials (SRM’s) .
Processing and Packaging Division
Our Ameri-Pac Processing and Packaging Division offers: Dry blends of custom and private label Vitamins Minerals Direct-Fed Microbial products Electrolytes Flavors Antioxidants Nutritional Supplements Vegetable Blends Custom and private label tablets, boluses and capsules for pets and livestock. Emulsified liquid blends of Vitamins A, D, & E. Production of Ameri-Pac Oxy-Gon natural-source antioxidants and Ameri-Pac Oxy-Block synthetic dry powder antioxidants. Private labeled Diagnostic Powders for Veterinarians. Products are packaged in appropriate sized soft or hard-sided containers ranging from 4 ounces to 2,000 lb tote sacks.
Production and Packaging Division
Our Ameri-Vet Production and Packaging Division offers: Custom and private label production of liquid products for Veterinary Distributors (e.g.; mineral oil, propylene glycol, iodine tinctures, kaolin and bismuth suspensions, formaldehyde, OB lubricant, isopropyl alcohol, diagnostic solutions, etc.) Production of Ameri-Pac Oxy-Gon natural-source antioxidants and Ameri-Pac Oxy-Block synthetic liquid antioxidants. Private label veterinary products for pancreatic, renal and thyroid insufficiencies for dogs. Pouch filling with vertical form / fill / seal equipment. Custom powder blending with 1,500 lb. capacity stainless ribbon blender Quality Control Laboratory for in-bound ingredient raw materials and for out-bound finished products testing. Customer Service Laboratory to assist customers with appropriate application of antioxidants Products are packaged in soft or hard sided containers ranging from 4 ounces to 275 gallon totes.
Production and Packaging Division
Our Ameri-Mills Production and Packaging Division offers: Custom processing of ingredients destined for further processing Grinding through 75 hp or 200 hp hammermills Sifting / Screening through screens ranging from 10 mesh to 20 mesh Packaging straight ingredients or blends with sew-over-tape or heat-sealed bags Blend unique ingredients for bagged or bulk truck shipments Transfer ingredients from one package form to another; e.g.; bulk to bags, bags to bulk, drums to bags, etc. Package and assemble finished products into final form for retail presentation
